Employer Evaluations – Mississippi Coding Academies

The key aspect of the Mississippi Model is to work very closely with employers and current professionals to evaluate and mentor the coders.

We have a few set events where employers come in and give direct feedback to our coders on their projects. Please consider it as a corporate project presentation or performance review.

The evaluations last about three to four hours so please plan to spend about half a day with us. Most evaluators come onsite but we have remote options using Zoom or other teleconferencing technology.

We typically offer a working lunch where we share our feedback on our coders and program.

We also have a “work release” program where our coders can work as interns with companies to get on the job experience.
